Founding Partner Billie Davies has worked in the advertising industry for many years, starting as a trainee and progressing to Account Director level positions in large multinational agencies. Along the way, she gathered a good appreciation of all facets of the business, from creative and research to production and accounting. Moving into the specialised area of advertising recruitment some eleven years ago, Billie is now widely regarded as the senior practitioner in her field.

With over 15 years experience working in both agency and client companies, in New Zealand, Australia and the UK, Helen Scott, has an excellent understanding of both the corporate environment and agency structures. Helen works closely with Billie, to provide the very best service to all davies and partners clients and candidates.
